I just got my business license and I am going to be using Cuestix as one of my vendors. Have any of you all dealt with them? I was just wondering about their quality of service. Anything you can tell me would be great (shipping charges, returns, customer service, etc.)

I want to make sure I'm working with a good company.

When you call, ask for Laura Smith (yes, that Laura Smith - the WPBA Pro). She is a sales rep for them. Good service. Tell her Pizza Bob told ya to call.

Personally I think their wholesales prices are kind of high. You can get better prices with other wholesalers. The only good thing about CueStix is that you'll have access to Schon CX series cues and Pechauers.

I have had my pool room for 11 years and have used CueStix the whole time, I have had not one problem with them, fast curteous service and always there if I need them.
No problems at all.

I've had nothing less than outstanding service from CueStix for the 6+ years I've dealt with them - mainly in purchasing cues. A first class operation in my opinion with excellent customer service. - Chris in NC

Add me to the list of satisfied customers. They're always courteous and prompt. I've been in the room business 20 years, and few companies offer the level of high quality service they provide.

I've been dealing with them for a few years with no problems. You probably want to have a couple of suppliers lined up. I can also recommend Sterling Gaming in Matthews NC as very good people to work with. 877-283-7444. Ask for Kelly and tell him I gave you his name.

I have been dealing with them for around 13 years, and they are the best. I have dealt with others and when it comes to price, quality, warranty and service no one comes close.
