My TV guide says Trick Shot Pool, and I tune in and what do I get? A Dad-Gummed Dog Show. The bad thing is they're not really dogs. They're those fluffy, groomed, pampered, sissyfied things, that couldn't point a quail, or fetch a duck if their lifes depended on it.

What a bunch of crap, I have been waiting around all day with the vcr set for some trick shots.....and we get the Detroit Dog Show...What a let down....

ESPN can relate to the dogs.. one s.o.b. to another..

This is sad.

You couldn't have put it any better Tom, very well said. And yes, it is very sad.

Good evening:

Needless to say, in-spite of all their claims, ESPN's priorities are NOT with Professional Billiards!!!

"Good evening:"

I gotta tell ya, Dr. D., whenever I read this salutation of yours I hear Alfred Hitchcock's voice, you know, from the intro to his TV show.

"Needless to say, in-spite of all their claims, ESPN's priorities are NOT with Professional Billiards!!!"

Of course ESPN had scheduled the trick shots as filler, but when this dog show thing came up...

"Dr. D.
Lead, Follow or Get Out of My Way !!!"

I'd like to follow you around just to find out where you go.

Alfie,

That's exactly what I was thinking -- Hitchcock. I've never heard Dr. D speak, but I can't imagine she sounds anything like Alfred Hitchcock.

Back on subject - How about an email campaign to complain about programming decisions? I'm trying to locate a contact address now.

Good morning:

Next time you visit NYC let me know. All you will need, to follow me around town, is a good pair of track shoes.
