I wonder why it is always someone from The Right, denying that we are a Republic, with a Government of Democratic Representation. One does not cancel out the other. In the UK, they don't' call their form of government, a Monarchy.

What is it about Republicans that makes them so racist, sexist, misogynistic, homophobic, and generally un-American in their views, their mistaken belief that they have a right to dictate to all others what they may or may not do in their personal, private lives?
Republicans block women's rights to equal pay for equal work. Block women from accessing birth control and their right to control their own bodies. Block the rights of the disabled. Block what is surely a failure of the Military Industrial Complex, to protect our soldiers from rape, discriminating against those rape victime, and awarding the rapists.
Rep-upblicans BLOCK LEGISLATION WHICH MAKES OUR COUNTRY SAFER FOR ALL AMERICANS, BY REGULATING GUNS AND MUNITIONS WHICH ARE DESTROYING THE PEACE AND SAFETY OF ALL AMERICANS.
They try to throw elections with more lelgislation to Block Americans from their right to vote.
Republicans demonize people of color, and entire groups of ethnic and religious circumstances, ie. they hate ALL Muslims, ALL Homosexuals, ALL liberated women and ALL African Americans and Asians.
I often wonder why they don't go to Communist countries to live, since that seems to be the method of government which would most fit with their inhumane lack of values, and their failure to grasp the FACT that we are a Democratic Country, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the Proposition that ALL HUMAN BEINGS ARE CREATED EQUAL.
No wonder they don't "Get It" that America is a Democracy, with a Separation of Church and State, somce organized religious is the breeding ground for discrimination against many groups of people, women, people of color, LGBT's.
I am glad the SCOTUS struck down the latest Republican attempts at destroying our Democracy, our right as Americans, to vote, without the Republican Party blocking people of color from the voting booth, and continuing to throw elections, which they are known for doing.
The only legislation they take part in is multi-million dollar witch hunts, discriminatory misogyny, racism and homophobia, and awarding theives and polluters.
The only thing they do is waste money on pointless wars, and political witch hunts, and efforts to discriminate against other Americans.
Glad the SCOTUS struck down the laltest Republican attempt to block Americans from the voting booths. Seven to two, and who were the two?
What happened to being on ignore?
Got over you hissy fit?

What's really incredible is just how stupid and self deluded you right wing douche bags are. It's as if you are allergic to the truth when it doesn't suit you ideological narrative.

Liberal democracy is a form of government in which representative democracy operates under the principles of liberalism. It is characterized by fair, free, and competitive elections between multiple distinct political parties, a separation of powers into different branches of government, the rule of law in everyday life as part of an open society, and the equal protection of human rights, civil rights, civil liberties, and political freedoms for all persons. To define the system in practice, liberal democracies often draw upon a constitution, either formally written or uncodified, to delineate the powers of government and enshrine the social contract. After a period of sustained expansion throughout the 20th century, liberal democracy became the predominant political system in the world.
A liberal democracy may take various constitutional forms: it may be a constitutional republic, such as France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, or the United States, or a constitutional monarchy, such as Japan, Spain, or the United Kingdom. It may have a presidential system (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, the United States), a semi-presidential system (France and Taiwan), or a parliamentary system (Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, Poland, the United Kingdom).
