How do I get links in the body of a message?

I have seen posts that have links listed in the body after the message is posted. How do you get the link in the body instead of as an attachment?

When typing your post, click on "URL" in the "Instant UBB Code" options below the Post box. This will open a prompt box; type in the URL for the link you want to reference;click "OK" and it will let you add a title for the link. Click "OK" again and you will be back typing your post. HTH
