    Closed bridge question

Should the thumb lay on the table or be above it pressing against the middle finger?

Whatever works best for *you* and is most comfortable. People have different size fingers/hands, what works for one person may not work for another.

I think the general idea is to provide a solid base for your stick which will not "wobble" or move. How you manage to do that is up to you!
I have no financial interest in any billiard related businesses or schools.

There are many good players that use a open bridge also.
