Just wondering what the difference is between tournament announcements and workshop announcements. Both are ads, right?

Please clarify, is this section "tournament announcements only", or is it also for publication of past tournament results? Or does that go in the regular pool-related forum?

This forum is for tournament announcements. I don't see any problem in a follow-up post with the tournament results though.
