I think there should be a new subfourm or addition to tournements, because i dont know about many but i would like to know about local, amatuer, fun tournements, for people learning and not good enough for big competition

There is nothing that prohibits that type of information being posted in the tournement section. I believe all tournament anouncements are welcome.
