Allow abortions on mondays and thursdays.
Allow drugs.
Annul and nullify all prezent taxations.
Impoze a (1% of 1%) taxation on all money moovements involving banks etc.
Make carrying guns compulsory. I think revolvers. Praps 3-shot, eg a 6-shot but with every other hole filled.

Kompulsory toting laws would be a drag, all that wt, and shootings would go throo the roof, mostly accidental i suppoze, but mass shootings would go down i think, or praps more mass shootings but lesser numbers shot and killed, or lots of single one on one shootings at kathlik mass which teknikly would be a Mass murder.
