It's been two weeks since former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's Hard Choiceshit the shelves, and she's already getting hit for a "disappointing" rollout. Critics say her book is "bombing" and sales are "tanking," news outlets and conservative blogs report.

But sales figures for Hard Choices, compared with sales of books penned by potential Republican presidential hopefuls, tell a different story. According to Nielsen BookScan data, Clinton has sold almost 135,000 copies of her new memoir.

Meanwhile, Republicans who have similarly aimed to boost their profile with a book -- Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Sen. Marco Rubio (Fla.), former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Rep. Paul Ryan (Wis.), Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee -- have paled in comparison. In fact, Clinton's two weeks of sales top the total sales to date of books by Paul, Rubio, Bush, Ryan, Walker and Huckabee -- combined.

Clinton isn't the only one putting conservative book sales to shame. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), a liberal sweetheart to whom many have dished the big 2016 question, has sold more than 65,000 copies of A Fighting Chance since its April release, almost doubling the leading seller of the Republican bunch.

Huckabee leads the GOP authors with 35,503 copies sold. Rubio is right behind him with just over 35,000 sales. None of the others has hit 20,000. Bush has sold fewer than 5,000 copies of his book, Immigration Wars.

It's no surprise Clinton's books aren't hitting the same numbers as bestseller The Fault in Our Stars, but conservatives may want to consider the success of their own book sales before describing Clinton's as "horrendous."

More of the rewriting of the news to satisfy the party true believers. Ignore the reality and tell the people what you demand they believe. A well used Stalinist tactic. The reality is that the publisher acknowledges that the book by Hillary will likely only sell 15% of the published volumes over it's lifetime.

This $14.000.000 advance to Hillary is merely a thinly veiled bribe of a sampling contribution that could not have been made above board. In true Stalinist style the party true believers will never see the blatant corruption in front of their eyes.

In an email this evening, a veteran publishing source calls the latest Hillary Clinton book, Hard Choices, a memoir of her State Department years, a "bomb." The source is referring to the early but underwhelming sales figures.

"Between us, they are nervous at S&S [Simon & Schuster]," says the source, who gave permission for his email to be published. "Sales were well below expectations and the media was a disaster."

According to this source, a Simon & Schuster insider, "They sold 60,000 hard covers first week and 24,000 ebooks." The publishing house was "hoping and praying for 150,000 print first week."

"The 60k represents a less than 10% sell thru based on what they shipped," says the source.

It's been reported that one million copies of Clinton's book were shipped weeks before the June 10 publication date. "They will be lucky to sell 150,000 total lifetime," the source writes in the email.

Hillary reportedly received a near-$14 million advance, a sum the publishing house will unlikely make back.

"It's a bomb but it will be interesting to see how they spin it."

Ruby Cramer of BuzzFeed reported earlier today that Barnes & Noble sold 24,000 of Clinton's book.

“The Barnes & Noble BookScan figures provide the first, if partial, glimpse at consumer interest,” Cramer reported. “[T]he numbers do indicate that Hard Choices has not performed as well in its first week as Clinton’s first memoir, Living History, did in 2003. At the time, Barnes & Noble spokeswoman Carolyn Brown told CNN that the memoir sold more than 40,000 copies of Living History in 24 hours, breaking the Barnes & Noble release-day sales record. The BookScan numbers released Monday, which cover sales for the week ending on June 15, show the company sold just over half that amount in hardback copies of Hard Choices.”

According to my source, Barnes & Noble, helped in part by the book signing Hillary Clinton held there at the beginning of her tour, outsold Amazon.com.

The book was released to great fanfare last week.

"“The rollout was touted as the best planned book tour ever, meticulously crafted by the smartest Hillary aides, publishing PR gurus, and the savviest superagents," writes another publishing source.

"The book will probably debut on the bestseller list at number one and then fall like a rock. After the smoke clears, with tens of thousands of books sitting in warehouses collecting dust, there’ll be a lot of handwringing and probably a few people without jobs."

Hillary's book is in the Top Ten today!

We can multipy that by at least ten, compared to any Repiglican sales, since they use their polluting Energy polluting War Mongering pig billionaire supporters to buy up thousands of books in order to deceive the public on book sales.

Oh my, nothing from The Right, is ever legit, not even posters who use fake identities, LMAO!

That is interesting being that this is exactly what the Stalinists are doing to make the Hillary book look like a success.
