Pool Hall Rankings

I have been looking all over the Internet for a "Top 50 Pool Halls in America" list or anything of the sort. Does anybody rank them, and if so, where can I find the list?

I don't know about anything online, but doesn't Billiards Digest do an annual top 10 type issue?
