NYC ladies 1 from Philly, Kato-Katy and Voodoo

[Voodoo Daddy]

I feet like this story was worth posting, bare with me...you might just laugh a 'lil. I took Moe and Larry out to the everglades so they could see some gators. Being a local I know where they hang so they saw a small one <4'-5'> in the wild. Knowing that the big sucka's were at the reservation center, I took them there so they could see them. We went to the gator show where a guy does some too-close-for-comfort moves with this 9 foot beast. I then took them to a holding area were we witnessed 5 pens. Each holding a bigger gator than the last, ending with what looked like a Toyota Camry with feet...hadda be 15' and weight 400-500 lbs. They were preparing for a festival with indians from all over coming to celebrate...

Their was this Aztec Indian guy...he calls Moe <Fran> over and has her sit in a chair. He tells her about this staff having powers in it and gave it to her to hold it a certain way. Then he puts this giant head-dress on her <Hadda see her face, it was priceless> and began to tell a story about this huge knife he was showing her...all at once he says to me and Larry <Carol>; "get out the camera...you can have two photo's...with head her on and one with it off" as he holds the knife to her throat...Carol and I were laughin' like hell...Fran wasnt as thrilled for obvious reasons and we soon left the glades for air conditioning and the bells of the casino. I wont tell all the stories...I'll leave some for Carol. I still have Barbara today <wide evil grin [img]/ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]>...I owe her for the pecans...mmm mmm mmm!!!

Hadda nice dinner with all three stooges Moe, Larry and Curly <Barbara>, PLUS Kato and his new g/f Katy <who by the way has the Voodoo seal of approval>, went back to the "dome" and sweated a lil pool before I hadda get some rest...all in all, a good time had by all. Lastly, thanks to WesK for calling me on Kato's phone...someone was thinking...hahahaha [img]/ccboard/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Sounds like you all had a really great time, except maybe for Fran [img]/ccboard/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]. I'm sure she felt better after they took the headress off though. Besides, you, Carol, and Barbara would have beaten the crap outta that Indian if he had hurt a hair on her head.

My thoughts on my 1 day with Carol and Fran and my 2 days with Barbara.

Saturday night Voodoo took us all to a Japanesse Steakhouse which was awesome. We laughed, ate, laughed some more and just had a blast. But what they neglect to tell you is that the second I walked into the tournament room (around 5 p.m.) Janette Lee walks up to me and shakes my hand and gives me a hug and takes me in the back for pictures. She is so hot!!!!!!! Also extremely charming and friendly. Fran, Carol, and Voodoo I owe you all. The girls were all wonderful and pleasant (ok, Carol is a lovable lunatic). They made my non-pool-playing girl friend comfortable and fun was had by all.

The funniest thing was when we were sitting in the tournament room, Carol and Barbara kept running around like busy bees. Voodoo called them "Can't sit still 1 & 2", you had to be there, I almost split a gut.

I'll tell you all this. Are 2 CCB'ers (Carol and Barbara) and our 1 ex-CCB'er (Fran) are all such great women. So charming and funny, so full of life and energy. I have figured out Carol though and why she has so much energy. When she hugs you she takes some of you with her, she probably has 1 million people in her soul. What a hugger (Barbara and Fran ain't to shabby neither)!!!!!!!!

How cool is that?Yes, we had one of the best weeks of the year-and to Katy(RJ's girl), forgive me for staring at RJ, but when you talk to someone for 6 months and finally meet them-it blows your mind-and RJ-I hope I didnt crush you when i hugged you goodbye,my friend-but its not good bye-its SEE YA SOON!

Just got in from the land of 80 degree weather back to 25 degrees and snow.

So I was sweating Dawn Hopkins match when I spot Voodoo. It has to be him and then I know it 'cause now I see Fran with him. Not wanting to fidget too much in front of the players, I watch them walk clear around the back of me because Fran's not recognizing me with my hair pulled back in a ponytail/braid. I try to give Voodoo the biggest hug I can and then proceed to give him a msg from my hubby which fell flat, cause Voodoo has got to be Miami's very own "Welcome Center" and Personal Concierge! Voodoo knows where to go and who to see. That's it. Can't go anywhere where no one doesn't know the Voodoo Daddy!! The best places for anything. I highly recommend him as a personal tour guide, but I bet he isn't cheap!! Just ask for the "Big Guy". God, I love the "Big Guys".

What a night!! What a steakhouse!! The food!! The company!! Kato makes me feel like I'm sitting next to Charlie Sheen. He's got the same tone of voice and those liquid green/blue eyes. Sorry I couldn't get closer to see them to really distinguish the color, but I had my contacts in and didn't want to make Katy uncomfortable. She's a hottie and so are you.

Kato sweated the matches with me Sunday. Voodoo had to go home because his sinuses were giving him troubles so we had to say goodbye. So it was just Kato and me with some NJ friends (Rich and Mary Sacco and company) watching the semis and finals. ESPN was having mucho technical problems and I felt for Kato with his long drive home and all. I only wished that I could've taken at least one of them out to dinner and a little pool afterwards, but the finals didn't end until after 8 pm. [img]/ccboard/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]!!

But!! I did get to buy Voodoo lunch on Sunday to try to make up for the feast at that great steakhouse!! [img]/ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]!!

Love to my buddies in FL -- you've got a place to stay when you want to come up North. Just wait til summer, it's freezing here right now!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Charlie Sheen huh? Not bad there. Actually the eyes are blue but some days do have a little green in there. Should see 'em when they are blue/grey.
