I live in an old house with tin ceilings so I am well protected indoors.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to make a pyramid hat out of coat hangers though for energy collection. http://www.myholistichealthshop.com/files/marcus_2.JPG I bought some Zircon crystals to hang from the lights over the pool tables I'm playing on to channel energy also.
