thread views - misleading??
before the change we could see the views on individual posts and get a feel for the traffic. we could even track which thread got heavy hits on the lead then dropped off. sometimes a person who had been troublesome would note that they got a lot less hits than others in the threads. interesting stuff.
now, when you look at the 'views' numbers you think gee, still hundreds of people looking in. not!
if one person looks at all 5 posts in the thread then they count as 5 on the thread counter. total 'viewers' now seems to be around 30-40. how does that compare with the viewers before the change?

I think you should be looking at the replies to the post to check out how active the post is ...that's how I used to do it with the old CCB format.
