Robles Rolls on Predator Tour

Robles notched his second win on the Predator Tour.

Over the Father's Day weekend, 50 players gathered at Master Billiards in Queens, N.Y., for the latest stop on the Predator 9-Ball Tour. Fittingly, Tony Robles, the father of the Predator Tour, prevailed after fighting back from the one-loss side.

Dropping an early-round match to Joey Kong, Robles strung together five wins to earn a spot in the final. After a hill-hill win against Eddie Abraham, Robles topped Mhet Vergara and Jorge Rodriguez. In the left-side final, he posted a surprisingly lopsided 9-1 victory over New York legend George San Souci.

After topping Robles, Kong continued to send opponents leftward. He topped San Souci for the hot-seat.

The single-set race-to-11 final was tight throughout, but Robles would edge Kong for the Father's Day win.
